The Managing Partner is Mr. Akinola Oladeji LL. B (Ile-Ife), BL. He has been in active legal practice since he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1983, forty (40) years ago. He is a seasoned lawyer with diverse experience in legal practice, specializing in Litigation.

Starting out at D. A. Akintoye & Co., Ilorin in 1983, Mr. Oladeji later joined the Oyo State Ministry of Justice from 1985, rising to the position of Senior State Counsel in 1989. While there, he was posted to the Department of Public Prosecutions and later the Armed Robbery Tribunal where he secured convictions in many armed robbery cases. He left the public sector and entered private legal practice in January 1990 working first with S.P.A. Ajibade & Co. in Ibadan, a foremost law firm specialising in commercial law and litigation till May, 1990. From there, he joined Babalakin & Co., a Firm with considerable involvement in Commercial Law and Litigation in Lagos, where he headed the Litigation Team until 1997. He was involved in several high-profile cases at Babalakin & Co. at all tiers of Nigerian courts in some ground-breaking cases. He then went into a partnership, Oak Law Office from 1997 to 2001 and thereafter set up his own law firm, Akin Oladeji & Co., which has now been merged with Akinjide & Co.

Mr. Oladeji is well acquainted with and involved in election petitions up to the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He has defended high-profile cases and argued Appeals in Criminal Law at the Superior Courts, representing individuals and State Governments. He has argued cases involving construction companies, banks etc. at all tiers.  He has also been exposed to court cases in various geo-political zones of Nigeria, being North Central (Kwara and Kogi States and FCT, Abuja), North West (Kaduna State), South West (Oyo, Ondo and Ogun States) and South South (Edo, Delta and Rivers States).

Mr. Oladeji is an expert in communications law and has acted in cases involving telecom companies, such as Airtel. He has handled and participated in several celebrated and complex litigation matters before all Superior Courts in Nigeria. Some of his cases are reported in law reports.
